SHIPPING

Shipping for Australian Addresses:-

Purchase anything up to the value of $100 and shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 – regardless of the weight or size, *this doesn’t include items from the Singleton warehouse.

*Spend $100 or more and shipping is free for most items up to 20kg out of our main warehouse depending on location, items shipped from out Singleton warehouse may be freight free or will incur a freight charge depending on postage location.(see item details for postage pricing)

We can ship our items throughout Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to locations not serviced by our freight partners.  A separate shipping charge will be confirmed for any purchases outside of our freight partners location reach.

Please allow up to 5 – 10 working days for delivery from our main warehouse.

Please allow up to 10-15 working days for delivery from our Rapid Spray Singleton warehouse.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund at your own expense.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and thoroughly check the goods before being sent.  If you receive a product that you believe has been damaged in transit or an incorrect item sent please e-mail orders@g-a.com.au right away and provide a photo of the damage/incorrect item. This will speed up the returns process.

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you have received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Please contact us If you have received  faulty goods and please provide a photo for confirmation of the fault/defect.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on lost parcels.  We always recommend using Registered Post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
