Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping for Australian Addresses:-
Purchase anything to the value of up to $100 and shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 – regardless of the weight or size. Spend $100 or more and shipping is free for items under 20kg per item!
We can ship our items throughout Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to locations not serviced by Australia Post. A separate shipping charge will be confirmed for any purchases outside of Australia Post location reach.

You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and thoroughly check the goods before being sent. If you receive a product that you believe has been damaged in transit, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org right away and provide a photo of the damage. This will speed up the returns process.
We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you have received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please contact us as soon as you have received your faulty goods, please provide a photo for confirmation of the fault/defect.
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on lost parcels. We always recommend using Registered Post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
