Shipping & Returns Policy


Shipping for Australian Addresses:-

Purchase anything up to the value of $199 and shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 – regardless of the weight or size.

*Spend $199 or more and shipping is free for most items up to 25kg out of our main warehouse depending on location they may be freight free or will incur a freight charge depending on postage location*.

We can ship our items throughout Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to locations not serviced by our freight partners.  A separate shipping charge will be confirmed for any purchases outside of our freight partners location reach.

Please allow up to 5 – 10 working days for delivery from our main warehouse.

You may return new and unused items in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the original freight charge.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and thoroughly check the goods before being sent.  If you receive a product that you believe has been damaged in transit or an incorrect item sent please e-mail right away and provide a photo of the damage/incorrect item. This will speed up the returns process.

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you have received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Please contact us if you have received faulty goods and please provide a photo for confirmation of the fault/defect.


Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post or damaged are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on lost or damaged parcels.  We always recommend using Registered Post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
