Refund policy

The customer, may return at your own expense, an item new and unused, in original condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price less the original delivery charge.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and thoroughly check the goods before being sent.  If you receive a product that you believe has been damaged in transit, please e-mail orders@sprayerwarehouse.com.au within in 48 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the damage.

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you have received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Please contact us immediately if you have received an incorrect or faulty item, and provide a photo for proof of evidence of the fault/defect.
